When will I get my order?
Almost all Kulture Fitz items are made to order. That means we start making it once you order it and approve any custom design work. We are not simply pulling the item off of a shelf and sending it to you. This helps us keep our offerings fresh and unique, and allows you the flexibility to customize almost anything you order from us. Thank you for your patience and understanding that you are receiving a high-quality product made just for you.
Estimated production times are outlined below. We will email your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Things to note:
- For custom items, turnaround time starts from the date that the design proof is approved.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- These production times are only an estimate. Your order is not guaranteed to arrive by a certain date unless you pay for rush production. The cost of rush production varies; please see the item’s order form. Rush production is not available for all items.
- These production times do not include shipping time. Depending on where you are in the U.S., you will receive your item(s) within 1 to 6 business days after they are completed and shipped out. International and APO orders may take longer.
