Production Assistant

  • Ensure that each customer, client, and vendor received outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and assisting every customer, maintaining outstanding product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
  • Create reports for branch management as necessary.
  • Receives calls, takes and relays messages, responds to requests for information; provides information or directs caller to appropriate individual.
  • Responsible for daily registration activities including but not limited to printing invoices, matching purchase orders as necessary, check on payments and forward cash receipts to accounting department, mailing invoices, filing permanent copies.
  • Answer customer service emails.
  • Maintain and update social media sites to stay current and relevant
  • Respond to all social media inquiries
  • Perform daily store requirements including stock work, merchandising, displays
  • Receive and process the delivery of stock
  • Maintain inventory and sales tracking
  • Provide a neat clean and well-organized shopping environment, to include light dusting, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
  • Assists with special projects and duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies

  • Need be detail-oriented with flexibility to rotate from one task to another.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Good communicator (visual, written and verbal)
  • Competent with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to use data to make informed decisions
  • Is highly motivated with strong work ethics, and demonstrated flexibility to meet tight deadlines
  • Mechanically inclined
